一部以幫助因無法實現自己愛情夢想而苦惱的男子們成就愛情的公司為中心的喜劇電影。邴勳(嚴泰雄飾)經營著一家為客戶提供“特殊”服務的機構，專門為別人代理解決感情疑難問題的中介公司，名為“大鼻子情聖戀愛操作團”，主要幫助那些不會談戀愛單身男女實現愛情理想。某天邴勳和助手敏英(樸信惠飾)接到了一委託人尚勇(崔丹尼爾飾)的要求，幫他從頭到尾改造一番，並設下多個浪漫情景追求心上人熙中(李敏貞飾)，然後邴勳才發覺希中正是自己的意中人。於是，邴勳開始陷入了矛盾與痛苦之中……
