尚萬(車太鉉飾)對於人生感到絕望與孤獨而決定要自殺，沒想到卻被一群調皮鬼阻止而自殺未遂。從此這四個鬼就一路跟著他，還要求尚萬幫他們了卻一樁塵世未完成的心願，才願意離開他。

連要死都死不成的尚萬，到底能不能成功地趕走這些妖魔鬼怪，順利求死？又或者尚萬會因為這場奇妙的際遇，扭轉他一直以來寂寞低潮的生活轉而迎接美好的人生？

Sang-man (Cha Tae-hyun) starts seeing four annoying ghosts after a failed suicide attempt. Meanwhile, Sang-Man meets nurse Jung Yun-Soo (Kang Yea-won) at the hospital and quickly falls in love. But those pesky ghosts still haunt Sang-Man everywhere he goes. Sang-Man then attempts to help the ghosts fulfill their unrealized dreams to get them to leave him alone once and for all...

Carrying out their individual wishes, he finds the pleasures of daily life and forgets about his loneliness and depression.
