Julian (Chris Egan), a disgraced US martial arts champion, is getting his life back on track. He’s in love with his girlfriend Clare (Brooke Harman) and has made some good friends.

Julian takes a job as a house-sitter at a fabulous mansion and after the owner has left for Paris , he meets the owner’s niece, the mysterious and beautiful Anna (Emma Lung). She develops a major crush on him and later seduces him.

Before long her crush turns into full-blown obsession and his perfect life starts falling apart. Desperate to turn everything around, he tries to end the relationship with Anna, but this proves hopeless and he soon finds himself trapped in the mansion at her complete mercy.
